A day off today in celebration of mon anniversaire. Some images from Yoko Omori, So-En + more..
ps. links, logs + friends returning soon! not sure why they disappeared. one of the mysteries of the web..

I just received my copies of Sundays is for Lovers! Here’s a peek at some of the work I have featured in it.

Stylist, and now photographer Camille Bidault Waddington’s shoot for Another Mag online featuring her assistant as model, Ursina Gysi.

While I have no idea what the scent is like, these images of Balenciaga’s latest perfume are alluring enough to get my attention. Beautiful styling for such a simple object.

Such beautifully executed neutrals & nudes. I really love that Bruno Pieters dress in the first photo. From LA Times magazine. Styling by Hayley Atkin

Finally I can share with you some of the exciting projects I was working on a few months ago. I styled a shoot for the beautiful Spanish brand Masscob photographed by the lovely Lina Scheynius, and filmed by the amazing Anotine Ricardou. It was so much fun shooting in Spain. I even made a little cat friend named Galileo who you can see wearing a Liberty print bowtie in the film. You can check out even more images on my new site, including the look book for I styled for the brand here.
all photos by L.S. except the last photo by me.

The New Self Service is out, and it’s AMAZING! A beautiful portrait of Paris’s inspiring people, and I’m really into how the portraits were taken with polaroids. The editorial featuring Carmen Kass is beautiful, notice the overalls!

Some shoots I helped out with for the new issue of Grey magazine.

2- photographer Johan Sandberg/stylist Rossana Passalacqua

I love the subtleties and soft colors of this spread, and the lack of fear of pairing pretty with interesting. So many editorials seem so formulaic these days, take super expensive clothes from the same maybe 4 or 5 different brands, add ugly element x, then maybe some crazy hair..it gets boring fast. This spread is beautiful without a lack of character and newness. Images from Another Magazine.

Bonne Année!

I just came across this site called Studio Too Good, and was completely transfixed! I should have realized sooner by the style as well as the name that Faye Toogood is behind it. Blowing my mind! I love it all. via Hello Sandwich.

While in London, I was able to meet up with the very lovely Emma Cassi, who was nice enough to invite me over for tea. Her home is even more beautiful in person and I got to see her beautiful new collection of jewelry and even take a piece home with me that I haven’t stopped wearing since.

This week I’m cleaning up and preparing to move and make room in my closet for better things ahead and more winter wear. I seem to find myself doing more pre-fall cleaning than spring cleaning.
