New work I’ve been meaning to share.. I recently designed the interior of Le Mary Celeste, a new oyster/cocktail/natural wine bar in the Marais here in Paris.
This place was a very different blank office space previously.

Happy 2013! This is going to be a new year filled with new work for me. I’m really excited to get the next part of the CM collection ready and get it out into the world, work on some new ideas, and update the site.
I made this piece above for a friend and want to find the time to keep working on things like this between all the other work I want to continue doing. So this year will be all about finding balance for me.

I’m spending some time in beautiful California this winter. Avoiding the cold and being more productive in the incredible sunlight here. I hope everyone is having a great start to this new year.

I recently helped with the design and content direction of the new exhibition/shop at The Ecology Center in California, Tools for Change. Focusing on tools for basic needs that can help to build a more ecological and thoughtful community. If you are in southern California go check it out. Finally after so many months in the making, I can share with you one of the big projects I’ve been working on with Parisian brand Thomsen. I created a special collection for the brand featuring a hand painted print on shirts and dresses. Check out photos by Clarisse here on the Thomsen blog.

Something I’ve been meaning to share that should be in the shop H.P. France Goldie in Japan now is the scarf collaboration between Emma Cassi and I.

Part of the insanity that’s been happening around here lately was a large order of flag necklaces I was working on. Sometimes having a tree in your life is a very practical solution for keeping so many necklaces from getting tangled together. More project updates soon!

Some recent work I did for SAS for a Trend book for the Prêt à Porter show in Paris. Outfit illustrations by Hélène Derighetti, painted backdrops and plant concept/photographs by me. *except the bird, which is not by me.
