It’s been that kind of week (see first photo), I’ve been both sick, frustrated and busy. I love the photographs of this super cute kid in this book by artist Kotori Kawashima. Kawashima’s daughter has an amazingly expressive face.

YSL Coloring

This Yves Saint Laurent coloring book came out around the same time as the YSL exhibit at the Petit Palais, which was so good! The book contains 37 pages of his fashion sketches to color in. I found this pocket sized bilingual version to send to my niece.

Lines and Shapes is putting out a new book called Sundays are for Lovers and I have some new work being featured in it!
The book will be released on June 15th in a limited edition of 1,000 copies, you can take a peek at it, see some of my flags and also pre-order it here.

Flags Across Paris

My flags are taking over Paris! In addition to Le Bon Marché, across the Seine, I did an installation at 0fr as well. Come check out the new collection of flags, cranes, necklaces and pins at 0fr.

ESPRIT FACTORY

For the next month at Le Bon Marché a new collection of my flag necklaces and pins will be for sale as part of L’Esprit Factory, a space filled with temporary freight container boutiques by 0fr, ACNE, Surface to Air, Kitsune + more! So exciting! If you are in Paris and want to check it out there will be an opening there on the 1st. There is even a film of vignettes made by David + Alex, where you can see some of the things I’ve been working on in my studio, along with other artists and designers whose creations are featured in the 0fr Esprit Factory shop.

In the Selby’s Paris apartment

Last week we went to visit The Selby in his Paris apartment in the Colette shop window. We had our portrait taken with Scout, picked up some stickers and checked out his awesome new book featuring some amazing places not shown on the blog.
