Check out my friend Jenny’s latest collection of bags here.

Now dressed up more than ever.

I went to see the Fleet Foxes play last night and it was beyond words. By far one of the best shows I have ever seen in my life. I can’t believe the singer is only 22! That guy is really a true spirit! The complexity and sincerity of their music is so inspiring, any chance you get to see them go, it’ll change your life, or at least your standards of live performances. Check out a small clip of them I took (before I had my shoulder pounded on by security and was shut down) here. I also love the top image above from their myspace page which says it is a pulp based sheaf item by Olivia Park-Sargent. You can also listen to some live tracks by them from NPR here.

Thursday I went to see a couple bands play with a dear friend and left feeling inspired and revived about being in LA for a while.
Both bands Lots of Love and Lion of Panjshir, who has recently added some string arrangements to her songs, have come into a more confident and moving sound recently and I am excited to see what they do next.

The first sign of Fall! Can’t quite feel it the same way here in LA but it’s starting to make it’s appearance. Almost coat time!

I was super excited this morning when I received an email from the lovely Susien Chong of Lover with the beautiful new Spring/Summer lookbook. What can I say I am in love with this collection, Susien and Nic continue to deliver clothes I love more and more each season. I also found this beautiful collage they made for Turned Out while revisiting their site and had to share.

I have been meaning to post these for a while. I really love that ribbon headband. Photos by Marcio Simnch

These apc images really capture that feeling of appreciation you have for summer as it ends and fall returns.

A little late to be posting this since a new issue is already out, but if you haven’t picked up the newest issue of Flaunt go out and get it fast while you still might be able to find it! Artist Kime Buzzelli is featured on the cover.

Knowing the last collection by Jane Mayle is approaching is so sad. It just isn’t fair to have Mayle taken away. I really hope she does something else to blow us all away.
