Anne Valerie Hash: Moments in Time

I finally tracked down a copy of the Anne Valerie Hash book when I was last in London. It’s filled with so many beautiful clothes and the book itself is beautifully designed as well with french folded pages you have to tear open to reveal the pages hidden from view, which I still haven’t taken the time to open up but have only peaked at. Her sketches are incredible. More images from it here.

the best thing about the book is that, when you finally do tear the pages [if you can bear to!] you will find that there is another, alternative but interwoven, narrative inside. it is a lovely design, and adds layers of meaning to the already special work. enjoy!
