While I was in LA I was lucky enough to get to see Lauren Spencer King’s studio show of new work. Scheduled around the new moon in scorpio from sunrise to sunset, I caught the sunset which reflected so beautifully in some of the pieces on view. I have to say the sunset made the silver painting one of my favorites!
If you haven’t already been to visit the amazing shops that are part of ARTS RE STORE LA in Westwood, go check them out before they’re gone!
The UCLA Hammer museum received a $100,000 grant to create Arts ReSTORE LA: Westwood, a project that is currently taking over multiple empty storefronts in Westwood and filling them with pop-up shops currated by LA artisans.
Featuring an incredible line up of people who make up an amazing community of creators in LA right now, there are multiple shops full of so many good things to buy and see, from Iko Iko, Dosa, Weltenbuerger & Ermie, Bookstand, Heather Levine, and so many more! There are even concerts and workshops happening here throughout the month so take advantage of this rare moment to participate in a really amazing project, which will hopefully encourage more things like this to happen throughout the city. Up until November 24th.
Struggling with jet lag.. lots to share soon!

Loving the fall/winter collection on the ACNE shop online right now, such great styling. Totally my palette of favorite colors.
I love how this time of year the light transitions from a warmer fading golden glow of summer disappearing into gloomier days where if you’re like me you’re bringing out some local honey to adjust your sinuses for the winter ahead. That same golden color trapped in a bottle to get you through the winter.

So in love with these skirts/dresses from the newest Proenza Schouler collection which has remained my favorite so far from the Spring shows.

Loving the new styling on Totokaelo by new Creative Director Ashley Helvey. This is making me very excited that it’s fall.
I absolutely love that blouse paired with the bandana. Anyone know who that blouse is by?

This was the first summer in a long time where I felt like I actually got to experience SUMMER! I just got back from 10 days in the south of France with friends and it was amazing! September always feels like the start of a new year and I am really looking forward to it.
Friend and artist Keren Richter recently opened a pop-up shop with art director Gabriel Kuo in Berlin called Rats. Filled with things you won’t normally find in Berlin, Rats is mostly stocked with items from New York, and named after it’s unofficial mascot. Items from a few other cities are included as well (including Paris!) A selection of my necklaces are stocked here for the month. Wish I could be there to see it in person. Check it out if you’re in Berlin this month, it looks amazing!
RATS Torstrasse 68, Berlin Up till August 24th.
